Since our opening in 2020 at our original Vista location we have prided ourselves with cooking authentic Oaxacan cuisine.

Our food finds its roots from the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico where our chef, Carmen Colon, was born. Rich culinary traditions are deeply ingrained in the culture of Oaxaca and we pride ourselves in reflecting the deep sense of tradition that permeates this Mexican state in our cuisine.

Here you can taste the wide variety of unique dishes that come from Oaxaca that are so much different from the rest of Mexico such as Tlayudas and the famous Mole sauce.
